Here is the scoring method being used for Cheddar Bowl IV.  No changes will be made to the scoring system after February 1st.


Battle Points

VP-           Win / Loss

0.5 – 100    = 11 / 9

101 – 300    = 12 / 8

301 – 500    = 13 / 7

501 – 700    = 14 / 6

701 – 1000   = 15 / 5

1001 – 1300  = 16 / 4

1301 – 1600  = 17 / 3

1601 – 1900  = 18 / 2

1901 – 2250  = 19 / 1

2251+        = 20 / 0

There are no draws.

At the end of the tourney rank each person you played.

Each Rank 1 = 5 pts.

Each Rank 2 = 4 pts.

Each Rank 3 = 2 pts.

Each Rank 4 = 1 pts.

Appearance Scores: each item is worth 2 points.

Painting:

  • Was the army painted to a 3 color standard?
  • Was there visible highlighting and shading?
  • Was the paintjob clean and neat?
  • Was there visible custom detail work? (banners, scrolls, etc.)
  • Was the army coherantly painted?

Basing:

  • Was the army based?
  • Were multiple basing mediums used?
  • Was the army based in a unique fashion? (more than flock, sand, cork, etc.)
  • Was other basing detail included? (themed movement trays, dynamic unit basing, etc.)
  • Was the basing coherant throughout the army?

Other:

  • Did the army have a display base that was themed to it?
  • Were the Trusted Allies painted and based coherantly with the army?
  • Were the Trusted Allies converted to match the army?
  • Did the army include well executed and unique conversions?
  • Did the army have a unique theme?

Top %s:

  • Was the army in the top 25% of those showcased?
  • Top 10%?
  • Was the army the top army at the event?
